The model sees no clear trend. Its model portfolio does not change because of it: it keeps the top-3 chosen at the start of the month.
Explanation
The model lacks enough conviction. A more conservative stance is kept.
Technical detail
Common in sideways markets; it is only a reading: the portfolio is not trimmed and cash depends on the VIX Shield.
